Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Supplements & Bioregulators
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Opened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with quality or results. We ask that at least 50% of the product remains.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Peptide Formulations (Rx Products)
- Clinical review not approved: Full refund, no questions asked. If the reviewing physician determines the protocol is not appropriate for you, your payment is refunded in full.
- Compounded products: Due to the nature of compounded pharmaceuticals, peptide formulations cannot be returned once shipped from the pharmacy. This is required by law for patient safety.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost.
Topical Products
- Topical peptide serums and creams follow the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as supplements.
- If a topical product causes an adverse reaction, contact us immediately for a full refund.
Supplies & Kits
- Unused, sealed supplies may be returned within 30 days.
- The Matter Protocol Kit is free with your first peptide order. If returned, the kit value ($19) will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Email tyler@askgabriel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
