Where We Ship

Apotheca currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally. For prescription products, shipping is restricted to states where our pharmacy and provider partners maintain valid licensure; your state will be verified at checkout.

Expedited options are not available for compounded Rx products — these ship via scheduled cold-chain service within 48 hours of clinician approval.

Orders placed after 12pm PT on a business day, or any time on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Prescription products (injectable peptides, compounded medications)

Total Rx timeline: typically 3–5 business days from order to delivery, depending on when you complete your health intake and pharmacy compounding schedule.

If you do not complete your health intake within 14 days of order placement, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Cold-Chain Shipping for Injectable Peptides

Compounded injectable peptides ship in temperature-controlled insulated packaging with cold packs, using overnight or 2-day service to ensure product integrity. Features:

  • Refrigerated pharmacy handoff to carrier
  • Insulated liner + gel ice packs rated to maintain 36–46°F for 48+ hours
  • Tamper-evident seal
  • Adult signature required at delivery (we cannot ship Rx to a freight locker or unattended PO box)
  • Tracking with real-time transit updates

If your Rx product arrives warm, with melted cold packs past the outer layer, or damaged in any way, contact support@apotheca.market within 48 hours and we'll ship a free replacement same day.

Address Requirements

For supplements and non-Rx products

Any valid U.S. shipping address including PO boxes, APO/FPO (limited carriers), and delivery lockers.

For Rx products

  • Physical residential or commercial address in a state we're licensed to ship to
  • No PO boxes (carriers cannot deliver cold-chain packages to PO boxes)
  • Adult 18+ required to sign for delivery
  • Cannot ship to hotels or short-term rentals

Tracking Your Order

  • Shipment confirmation email with tracking link is sent when your order ships
  • You can track in real time via the carrier's website or by logging into your Apotheca account → Orders
  • For Rx products, you'll receive two notifications: one when compounding begins, one when shipped

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Damaged in transit

Photograph the damage (packaging + product) and email support@apotheca.market within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement same day.

Delayed shipments

Apotheca is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, or address errors on your part. However, if tracking shows no carrier scans for 7+ business days, contact us — we'll file a carrier claim and reship.

Failed delivery / return-to-sender

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed signature, or unclaimed pickup, we can reship once the package is received back. Reshipping fee applies (waived on first occurrence).

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Contact support@apotheca.market as soon as possible. We can usually modify or cancel orders that haven't entered processing yet.
  • After shipment: We cannot change the destination after a package has shipped. Once delivered, follow our Refund Policy.
  • Rx orders during clinician review: You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before compounding begins. Once compounding has begun, the order is non-cancellable — see Refund Policy for details on damaged/unsuitable Rx returns.

Holiday and Seasonal Timing

We observe major U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (post–New Year's, July 4th week, Thanksgiving week), processing may take up to 2 business days. We'll communicate any extended delays via site banner and order-confirmation email.
