Riboflavin (as riboflavin and riboflavin-5-phosphate): 50 mg. Niacin (as inositol hexanicotinate): 120 mg. Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, pyridoxine alpha-ketoglutarate): 100 mg. Folate: 400 mcg DFE (from 240 mcg 5-MTHF as Quatrefolic [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt). Vitamin B12 (as cobalamin and methylcobalamin): 200 mcg. Biotin: 400 mcg.
