MyCommunity by Host Defense is a multi-mushroom complex featuring 17 species of certified organic mushrooms, including lion's mane, reishi, chaga, turkey tail, and maitake, formulated to support immune system function and overall resilience. Made from activated, freeze-dried mycelium and fruitbodies grown on organic brown rice, it delivers a broad spectrum of beta-glucans and complementary fungal compounds. It's well-suited for adults seeking comprehensive immune support from whole-food mushroom sources.
Why It's Worth Considering: Host Defense, founded by mycologist Paul Stamets, uses a dual-extraction approach and U.S.-grown organic cultivation, factors that distinguish this formula from commodity mushroom blends.
